Shipping and Delivery 

The guide number of your order will be available from 48 to 72 hours after making the payment, and it will be sent to you by mail.

All our orders are shipped during the week (Monday to Friday, except for holidays).

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next next business day.

Once the order has been shipped, the order becomes the responsibility of the parcel so we cannot cancel or change an order once the parcel has been shipped.

The deadline for receiving an order with a standard delivery varies from 3 to 7 business days and express delivery from 1 - 4 days*.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during business hours 09:00 to 21:00 hrs.

For our shipments within the United States and Europe, an extra shipping fee will be charged for those orders that exceed the quantity of 2 or more items of XL incenses, diffusers, candles bigger than 500 grams, among other items. To pay the extra shipping fee, our customer happiness team will contact you to communicate the cost of the additional shipping fee on your order.

It is essential that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the merchandise and sign the proof of delivery. In case the goods cannot be delivered after attempts from our carrier, the package will be returned to origin (Mexico) and return costs will be generated by the customer.

* Due to the impact of COVID-19, local, state and national governments around the world are issuing limited carrying capacity and labor restrictions (less workers) and transportation (closed streets), which affect the ability to meet your service standards. So packages are taking a little longer to arrive than expected. A we appreciate your understanding. 

* Shipping does not contemplate days retained by customs, we apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.

*  Due to customs regulations, we are not held responsible for returned orders outside Mexico, nor for any supplementary charges or taxes valid within the customer’s country, neither for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
